Who are we and what makes us special?

The Three Little Pigs Hostel Berlin opened in 2006 and is centrally located in the immediate vicinity of Potsdamer Platz.
Our hostel is surrounded by Berlin’s famous sights such as the Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie, and the magnificent “Unter den Linden” boulevard.

Due to our growth and the general boom of Berlin as a travel destination, we are always looking for reinforcements for our team.
The prerequisites are high self-motivation and personal flexibility to fill a position in our company with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths.

Thanks to the high satisfaction of national and international guests in all areas of the house, as well as successful cooperation with tour operators and event agencies in the field of school trips, we are able to welcome many regular guests and groups to the hostel every year.

We are looking for employees with team spirit, ideas, and a passion for working in an international environment and with colleagues.
Working in a hostel is varied and sometimes demanding, but never boring.

We also place great value on long-term cooperation and communication within the team. Every now and then, we also get together for team events.

If you want to work with us for longer than just one season, your application by email or post is very welcome.
Please include a CV and, if possible, work references. Let’s go!

We look forward to hearing from you!
